Do you offer weekday or off-season discounts?
No, we have no off-season discounts. Our pricing remains the same throughout the entire year. Weekday events are lower in rental fees compared to weekend events.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we have no hidden fees. Our extra fees that are communicated to all clients are our Security Fee and Damage Deposit. Damage Deposit Refunded After Event, Pending No Major Damages to Building.
What is included in the rental fee?
Our rental fee includes ALL your chairs and ALL your round tables. Set-up and tear-down of your tables and chairs are included! You will have 6 hours of event time and 3 hours of on-site prep time and access for your vendors. Ceremony and Reception rentals gain access to our Bridal Suite and Groom Suite. Reception rentals will gain access to our Stacy Fallis Bridal Suite. Our parking lot is included in all our rentals, a major perk for a downtown venue! Ceremony rentals will also gain an hour of rehearsal the night before their wedding.
